xThe Libec Q50B is a professional two-stage aluminum video tripod designed for ENG, broadcast, documentary, and other fast-moving productions. Its Quick Deploy System connects the mid-level spreader and upper leg locks to a central Deploy Ring, allowing the operator to open or collapse the tripod in one coordinated movement.
The tripod supports camera systems weighing up to 45 kg while maintaining a lightweight 3 kg construction. Its height adjusts from 72.5 to 170 cm, while the industry-standard 100mm bowl accommodates compatible professional fluid heads for heavier broadcast and cinema configurations.
The upper leg section uses the Quick Deploy mechanism for rapid setup and retraction, while conventional screw locks on the lower sections provide additional height adjustment. A dust-resistant locking design helps maintain dependable operation in challenging environments, and the integrated weight hook allows additional weight to be added for improved stability.
Integrated 1/4″ and 3/8″ accessory threads allow monitors, lights, wireless receivers, and other equipment to be attached directly to the tripod. A removable carrying handle, dedicated mid-level spreader, and FP-2B rubber feet are included for immediate deployment.
