xThe Libec Q30B is a professional two-stage aluminum tripod designed for ENG, documentary, broadcast, and other fast-paced productions. Its Quick Deploy System links the mid-level spreader and upper leg locks to a central Deploy Ring, allowing the operator to open or collapse the tripod in a single coordinated movement.
Despite weighing approximately 2.9 kg, the tripod supports loads up to 45 kg, providing a stable platform for fully configured professional camera systems. Its height adjusts from 72 to 169.5 cm, while the industry-standard 75mm bowl accommodates compatible Libec and third-party fluid heads.
The upper leg section uses the Quick Deploy mechanism for rapid operation, while conventional screw locks on the lower sections provide additional height adjustment. A dust-resistant locking design helps protect the mechanism in challenging environments, and the integrated weight hook can be used to improve stability in windy conditions.
Two sets of 1/4″ and 3/8″ accessory threads allow monitors, lights, wireless receivers, and other production accessories to be mounted directly to the tripod. A removable carrying handle, mid-level spreader, and FP-2B rubber feet are supplied as standard.
