Exchange or Return shall be made provided the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) The refund for products Returned will only be in the form of UBMS Credit Vouchers / Credit Memo, to be redeemed within a period of 6 months. No cash refund is possible.

If a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of the manufacturer.

Refunds & Credits:

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7 - 15 business days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.
