Exchange or Return shall be made provided the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost) The refund for products Returned will only be in the form of UBMS Credit Vouchers / Credit Memo, to be redeemed within a period of 6 months. No cash refund is possible.

If a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of the manufacturer.

Refunds & Credits:

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7 - 15 business days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.
