The Sonifex AVN‑PM8D 8 Mic/Line Inputs, 8 Stereo Line Outputs, AES67 Portal with Display is a professional audio mix engine and networked audio interface designed for flexible routing, mixing, metering, and distribution in RAVENNA/AES67 audio‑over‑IP environments. It builds on the AVN‑PM8 platform by adding detailed real‑time metering via two bright TFT displays that show the levels of physical inputs and outputs independently, allowing fast visual feedback during live production and broadcast tasks. The unit’s powerful routing engine lets any physical mic/line input or AES67 stream be mixed or routed to any physical output or AES67 stream output.

Featuring eight balanced XLR mic/line inputs with adjustable gain and +48 V phantom power, and eight balanced stereo line outputs, the AVN‑PM8D offers comprehensive analogue connectivity alongside its networked capabilities. A responsive web server provides remote configuration and control of routing, mixing, gain trimming, and DSP functions such as high‑pass filtering. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports and a 1 Gb SFP port provide flexible network connectivity, and redundant AC and DC power inputs ensure dependable operation in mission‑critical workflows. Enhanced front‑panel navigation controls and metering scales allow detailed monitoring of signals in discrete or continuous modes.
