Autoscript WinPlus-IP is a professional studio prompting software application designed around a fully IP-enabled production workflow. It retains the familiar operation of previous WinPlus systems while adding centralized network control, real-time device monitoring and an extensively customizable interface for modern broadcast studios, newsrooms and live productions.

The software automatically discovers compatible Autoscript Intelligent Prompting devices connected to the same IP network, including prompt monitors, controllers and XBox-IP scroll engines. Its integrated Device Manager allows operators to add, monitor, group and update connected equipment, configure controller functions and view device status from one central interface.

WinPlus-IP provides a smooth real-time script preview together with comprehensive run-order and story-editing tools. Operators can add, remove, cloak, reorder and track stories while continuing to make script changes during live prompting. Word and RTF import, multilingual operation, spell checking and extensive font and color controls help accommodate a wide range of production requirements.

The user interface can be arranged to match individual operator preferences, with resizable windows, tabbed panels, adjustable colors and movable content tiles. Prompting tools include graphical scroll control, timers, on-screen messages, color inversion and screen blanking. For critical productions, WinPlus-IP also supports properly configured IP-based redundancy workflows using a secondary prompting computer.
