The ARRI Chimera Dome L for Orbiter (30") is a professional lantern-style softbox designed to convert the ARRI Orbiter LED light into a large, omnidirectional soft light source. With its generous 30-inch diameter, it produces beautifully diffused illumination that evenly fills large spaces, making it ideal for film productions, television studios, live events, interviews, and commercial photography.

Designed specifically for the Orbiter's Quick Lighting Mount (QLM), the included dedicated speed ring enables fast, secure attachment without the need for additional adapters. The lightweight fabric dome quickly forms a spherical lantern shape, allowing crews to achieve broad ambient lighting with minimal setup time.

The Chimera Dome L includes two removable skirts that allow users to control light spill and shape the output for greater precision. Whether creating overhead ambient light, soft key lighting, or evenly illuminating large interiors, the adjustable skirts provide additional flexibility while maintaining the Dome's naturally soft light quality.

Built using professional-grade materials, the Chimera Dome L is both durable and lightweight for demanding studio and location work. It also supports ARRI's Digital Optics Identification technology, enabling the Orbiter to automatically recognize the attached accessory and optimize its performance for a faster, more efficient workflow.
