The Matthews 40" C-Stand with Sliding Leg, Grip Head, and Arm (Black, 10.5') is a professional-grade industry standard support stand widely used in film, television, and photography production. Designed for strength, versatility, and stability, it is ideal for mounting lighting fixtures, flags, scrims, gobos, and other grip accessories in both studio and location environments.

Built from heavy-duty steel, this C-Stand features a 40-inch double riser column that extends up to 10.5 feet, providing excellent reach for overhead lighting setups. The included 40-inch grip arm and 2.5-inch grip head allow for precise positioning and secure mounting of modifiers and accessories.

The sliding (Rocky Mountain) leg design allows one leg to be independently adjusted, making it highly effective on uneven terrain such as stairs, ramps, or outdoor locations. This feature ensures stable and safe setup even in challenging production environments.

Finished in matte black to minimize reflections, the stand is designed to integrate seamlessly into professional lighting setups while maintaining durability and long-term reliability.
