The Autoscript WC-PKG Wireless Controller and Base Station Package provides presenters and operators with untethered control of prompted scripts within a WinPlus-IP workflow. The system combines the compact WC-IP handheld controller with the WB-IP base station, allowing users to control scrolling and navigate through scripts while moving freely around the studio.

The WC-IP features a single-axis, thumb-operated joystick for intuitive forward and reverse scrolling. Three dedicated navigation buttons provide access to the next story, previous story and top of the script, while two additional programmable buttons can be assigned to custom functions through WinPlus-IP. Buttons can also be enabled, disabled or reassigned according to the production’s requirements.

Operating over the 2.4 GHz frequency band, the controller maintains communication with the base station at distances of up to 100m. Its integrated rechargeable battery provides up to 100 hours of continuous operation and can be recharged through USB-C. An RGB status indicator displays the wireless connection, battery level and charging status.

The WB-IP base station connects to the prompting network through its RJ45 Ethernet port and links the handheld controller with the WinPlus-IP system. Dedicated status, Ethernet data and link indicators provide clear visual confirmation of the system’s operating condition.
