The Aputure Handheld Bracket with V-Mount and D-Tap Cable for STORM 80c is a versatile accessory designed to transform the STORM 80c LED monolight into a fully portable handheld lighting solution. Combining a comfortable handgrip with an integrated V-Mount battery plate, the bracket allows creators to operate the light without relying on AC power, making it ideal for run-and-gun filmmaking, documentaries, live events, and location shoots.

The bracket features a mechanical V-Mount battery plate that securely holds a compatible V-Mount battery while acting as a counterbalance for improved handling. The included coiled D-Tap to locking 5.5mm DC barrel power cable connects the battery directly to the STORM 80c, providing reliable portable power for extended shooting sessions.

Designed with professional flexibility in mind, the bracket includes a 3/8"-16 top thumbscrew for securely attaching the STORM 80c, while a built-in 5/8" baby pin receiver on the bottom allows the light to be mounted directly onto a light stand even when the removable yoke has been detached. This enables seamless transitions between handheld and stand-mounted operation.
