The Anton/Bauer Titon Base Kit for Sony FX9 is a compact, professional power solution designed to deliver extended runtime and reliable performance for Sony’s FX9 cinema camera in demanding production environments. Built around the lightweight 68Wh Titon Base battery platform, this kit provides a streamlined alternative to larger V-mount or Gold Mount systems while maintaining consistent 14.4V output for professional workflows.

The Titon Base mounts directly beneath the camera, forming a stable and balanced base that improves handling and keeps the power system integrated into the rig. Its quick-release design allows the camera to be mounted directly onto the battery and rapidly transitioned between tripod and handheld operation without disassembling the setup.

Power is delivered to the FX9 via the included regulated P-Tap to 19.5V DC barrel cable, ensuring proper voltage conversion for safe and stable operation. This enables extended shooting times compared to standard camera batteries, making it ideal for documentaries, commercial productions, live events, and run-and-gun filmmaking.

In addition to camera power, the Titon Base includes multiple P-Tap outputs and a USB-A port, allowing operators to power accessories such as monitors, wireless transmitters, and mobile devices from a single battery source. This reduces rig complexity and minimizes the need for additional batteries on set.

Designed for mobility and efficiency, the system features integrated 1/4"-20 mounting points and a built-in quick-release plate, making it easy to integrate into professional camera builds while maintaining a lightweight and travel-friendly footprint.
